The Center for Ignatian Spirituality - An enterprise that fosters the integration of Ignatian spirituality with the structures, programs and life of the University.

Social Analysis

CARA (Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate) - A national, non-profit, university-affiliated organization that conducts social scientific studies about the Catholic Church

Catholic Social Thought - Collections of Catholic information and documents relating to Catholic Ethics.

Center of Concern – Providing reliable information and analysis on development issues, practical alternatives to current development policies and practical suggestions for personal action, and faith reflections from an ethical perspective based on Catholic Social Teaching.

Woodstock Theological Center – An independent center for theological reflection at Georgetown Univeristy.

Education for Justice - Offering a wide range of resources to help promote Catholic Social Teaching and social justice issues through interactive group activities and discussions. Online discussions allow users to share reflections, challenges, best practices, suggestions and questions.

Social Ministry Advocacy

African Jesuit AIDS Network – A joint venture of the Jesuits of Africa to respond to HIV/AIDS.

Catholic Relief Services – Giving hope to the world of needs : the relief and development agency of the U.S. Catholic community.

Intercommunity Peace and Justice Center (IPJC) - Promoting just structures in the church and in the world, with a particular focus on the Pacific Northwest through living out of a shared Christian faith tradition, recognizes and respects the dignity of all persons and all creation.

Jesuit Refugee Service – Jesuits accomanying, serving, and defending the forgotten refugees around the world.

Jesuit Refugee Service/USA – JRS/USA provides advocacy, financial and human resources for JRS regions throughout the world. In the US it serves as the major refugee outreach arm of US Jesuits and their institutional ministries, facilitating and mobilizing their response to refugee situations both nationally and internationally.

Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest – Jesuit Volunteers serving in Montana, Washington, Oregon, and Alaska are part of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest.

Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC) – Offers women and men an opportunity to work full-time for justice and peace through social justice, simple life-style, community and spirituality.

Jesuit Volunteer International (JVI) – Offers women and men an opportunity to work full-time for justice and peace in a developing nation.

National Jesuit Committee on Investor Responsibility (NJCIR) - Advocate for and effect change in corporate behavior by coordinating shareholder advocacy initiatives at both the province and national levels. NJCIR province representatives collaborate to identify economic justice priorities and to work together to promote corporate social responsibility consistent with just sustainability in the community, the environment, and the economy.

Posadas Project - Posadas Project seeks to promote the celebration of Las Posadas and to dedicate this Advent to the solidarity called for in Justice for Immigrants: A Journey of Hope, the Catholic Campaign for Immigration Reform.

SOA Watch - An independent organization that seeks to close the US Army School of the Americas, under whatever name it is called, through vigils and fasts, demonstrations and nonviolent protest, as well as media and legislative work.
